Work With Our Collections Specialists Today!

Source out to CCCS, your trusted advisor, to ensure you’re keeping the customers you want, while successfully increasing cash flow by effective debt collections.

Our collection methodology uses multiple data sources to track down individuals or businesses to get current information, and resolve all unpaid accounts.

Not everything can be fixed or resolved with an account. People have debt and/or hardship situations that make it hard for them to commit money. In these situations, a personal commitment is worked out until it’s resolved. We respect the client’s authorized payment date when submitting their payments, either by check or credit card, to assure payments are smoothly processed.

The CCCS Motto

Professional – Courteous – Respectful – Accountability

CCCS does not use techniques that irritate your clients. We do not use techniques like key pad prompts to dial clients with recorded messages, synthetic voices, or dropped lines – these methods simply are not effective.

Our Collection Methodology

We work with an effective, proven debt collections methodology. Our collection process software was developed by a PhD to deliver results.

CCCS offers call recording service to document phone calls, using professional and courteous communication techniques that are able to secure commitments. Customers that are turned over to CCCS are provided a better debt resolution and repayment experience.

FAQ

What can a debtor do to get out of overwhelming financial stress?

The first thing a debtor can do is pull a credit report to access the situation. There are a number of consolidation agencies that can help to put a plan together, along with education on budgeting. By reducing the minimum payment amounts on the overdue credit accounts, lowering the interest rates, avoiding late fees, and making one payment per month, a debtor can pay off debts over a period of years. These programs may also place the debtor’s credit on hold, not allowing any more credit to be extended, while the debtor completes the payment plan.

How does CCCS work with debtors?

Consistent respect plays a huge role in helping debtors pay off their overdue accounts. Personal phone calls, with direct person-to-person interfacing, allows the debtor to make payment arrangements in a timely fashion, and protect their credit rating along the way. CCCS does not use automated phone calling with digital voices. Firm and professional communication gets most accounts paid in full.

CCCS works to resolve the accounts, and not with intimidation or demand. Instead, firm and compassionate, CCCS professionally trained collectors, use their sophisticated methodology and professionalism to accomplish the process. CCCS allows the opportunity for debtors to make payment arrangements, with their chosen date to process payments.

CCCS helps debtors by providing tools and guidance for the betterment of the credit industry.

What happens if a debtor refuses to work with the process?

CCCS will locate and evaluate their assets. If found, they can garnish wages, litigate, proceed and collect through legal avenues, even Superior Court.

What does skiptracing mean?

Skiptracing is the process of locating a person's whereabouts for any number of purposes. A skiptracer is someone who performs this task, which may be the person's primary occupation. The term "skip" (as a noun) refers to the person being searched for, and is derived from the idiomatic expression "to skip town," meaning to depart (perhaps in a rush), leaving minimal clues behind to "trace" the "skip" to a new location.

Skiptracing tactics may be employed by a debt collector, process server, bail bondsman, or bail agency enforcer (bounty hunter), repossession agent, private investigator, lawyer, police detective, journalist, or by any person attempting to locate a subject whose contact information is not immediately known.

What methods are used in skiptracing?

Skiptracing is performed by collecting as much information as possible about the subject. The information is then analyzed, reduced, and verified. Sometimes the subject's current whereabouts are in the data, but are obfuscated by the sheer amount of information or disinformation. Often, the job becomes more than mere research since one must often employ methods of social engineering, which involves calling former employers, family members, neighbors, or other known contacts to ask about the subject, sometimes under false or misleading pretenses.

Records that skiptracers use may include phone number databases, credit reports (including information provided on a loan application, credit card application, and in other debt collector databases), job application information, criminal background checks, utility bills (electricity, gas, water, sewage, phone, internet, and cable), Social Security, disability, and public tax information. While some of these records may be publicly available, some cannot be accessed without an appropriate licenses and subscription databases.

Even when no specific information is returned, public and private databases exist that cross-reference skiptracing information with other databases.

What exactly does a collection agency do?

A collection agency, also known as a debt collector, is a business or other entity that specializes in debt collection, i.e. pursues payments of debts owed by individuals or businesses. Cal Coast Credit Service operates as agents of creditors and collects debts for a fee or percentage of the total amount owed.

How should debtors be treated?

CCCS developed WinResolution to truly help those needing to get back on their feet after hardship. Sometimes it’s about educating them on a viable budget, a payment plan, and being consistent with payment promises. This in itself, helps the debtor gain confidence.

How is the financial information protected?

CCCS has a full offsite backup and remote access facility.

CCCS is protected for DISASTER PREPAREDNESS with cloud storage in another region of the state.
